The residential complex Residenza Radaelli is located in the heart of Treviglio, Italy, and based on a design by the architectural office GFM. The 50 units, from apartments to penthouses, are characterised by a careful choice of materials and advanced home automation equipment. In addition, the complex has obtained a Class A+ energy efficiency classification.
Long-term functionality
The bathrooms, 90 in total, perfectly reflect the building’s project design thanks also to the Viega solutions that have been implemented. For the WCs, the company in charge with installation, Eurofluid Impianti, chose a Viega Mono Tec module which convinces with easy installation, ease of use and durability. Its cistern offers the possibility to choose between two flushing volumes that can be set as follows: total flushing from 6 to 9 litres and partial flushing from 3 to 4 litres.
Timeless design
Viega Mono Tec can be combined with a great variety of Viega flush plates that fit into any design. Visign for Style 12 flush plates in the polished chrome variant.have been used for the master bathrooms' WCs In the secondary bathrooms, the choice fell on Visign for Style 10 in white plastic material.
